I bought my car in yesterday to acquire a quote for some scratches. As my car is only just 12 months old and it is the first new car ever owned, I was quite disappointed that my car had been spoilt.
I was expecting to receive a quote to have the door repainted. However, Nathans suggested the scratches may be able to be removed by buffing and Nathans would be happy to attempt this procedure before going any further.
I left my car this morning and within less than two hours, I was contacted to say the a the buffing had been successful. I was so pleased. But not as pleased and thoroughly surprised when I collected my car and told that there was no cost for the service and they had even vacuumed the interior! A gesture such as this is most appreciated at any time, but even more so to me at the moment as I have experienced extremely difficult financial time during the past 18 months.
I would like to say that the customer service and attention received by Nathans was second to none.
